Beyond Capital

Igor is overseeing the overall strategy and management of PCP. Furthermore, as Chairman of the Investment Committee, he is leading the firm’s portfolio construction and is involved in setting the strategic direction for the various PCP investments.

Before founding PCP, Igor was CEO of Provectus Capital, an M&A and specialized investment boutique focusing on SEE. Furthermore, he was the co-founder and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Optimapharm, a leading European clinical research organization, sold in 2020 to a global PE firm. Before this, Igor held top executive and senior management positions with local & international banks and large corporates.

Igor graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb, completed the GMP program in Vienna, and finished the Senior Executive Program at London Business School.

Marko is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of PCP projects. His current focus is on the expansion and value creation in Vetti Group and Keindl Sport.

Before joining PCP, Marko held management positions at EBRD and UniCredit’s investment banking department, covering the SEE region in numerous M&A and structured finance projects.

Marko holds an MBA from CESMA Business School and a BSc in Management and Economics from the University of London.

Ivan is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of PCP projects. His current focus is on the expansion and value creation of Adria Dental Group.

Before joining PCP, Ivan held top executive and senior management positions in banking and asset management in Croatia and Slovenia, including as CEO of Heta Asset Resolution and Board Member of Banco Popolare Croatia.

Ivan holds a degree in Economics from Pace University in New York and has completed the GMP program in Vienna.

Silvijo is responsible for deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of PCP projects. His current focus is on the expansion and value creation of Arsano Medical Group.

Before joining PCP, Silvijo was CEO at EuroMerger, an M&A Advisory boutique, interim CEO of a PE-backed company, and held management positions in local and international banks.

Silvijo has dual Czech and Croatian citizenship. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb.

Sinja is responsible for monitoring financial operations including planning, coordination and controlling as well as reporting to management and investors.

Before joining PCP Sinja worked as Senior Manager in KPMG in audit and forensic department and has lead finance department in PHOENIX Farmacija as a Head of Finance.

Sinja graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business in Zagreb. She holds FCCA membership status in an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Mislav leads the PCP Portfolio Operations Team, with overall responsibility for operational value creation initiatives. Mislav has strong operational expertise in Specialty Retail and Technology.

Before joining PCP, Mislav was with Provectus Capital/EuroMerger and previously with Big 4 in financial advisory, financial forensics, and audit roles.

Mislav graduated summa cum laude from the Faculty of Economics and Business University of Zagreb with an MSc in Analysis and Business Planning. He holds a CFA and CAIA charters.

Sanja is responsible for the implementation of ESG best practices in PCP and its portfolio companies. Furthermore, she is part of the PCP Portfolio Operations Team, focused on operational value creation initiatives across PCP’s portfolio. Sanja has strong operational expertise in Life Sciences and Healthcare.

Before joining PCP, Sanja specialized in Life Sciences and Healthcare, as a management consultant in McKinsey & Company and in various strategy and sales roles in regional pharma companies.

Sanja holds a dual degree from the University of Zagreb; a Bachelor's & Master's in Pharmacy and Biochemistry and specialization in Business and Economics, as well as an MBA from ESADE Business School.

Luka is involved in deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of PCP projects. His current focus is on the expansion of Adria Dental Group.

Before joining PCP, Luka was with Provectus Capital/EuroMerger and previously with Big 4 in financial advisory and audit roles.

Luka graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business University of Zagreb with an MSc in Finance.

Una is responsible for Investor Relations at PCP. Furthermore, she is involved in deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of PCP projects.

Before joining PCP, Una worked as an investment banker at Citigroup in London, where she gained extensive experience in M&A and capital markets.

Una holds a PhD degree in Finance from the London School of Economics and a Master's degree in Finance from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.

Borna is involved in deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of PCP projects. His current focus is on the expansion of Vetti Group.

Before joining PCP, Borna was in a PE-backed portfolio company supporting its buy-and-build strategy and previously with Big 4 in financial advisory and audit roles.

Borna graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb with an MSc in Finance.

Cosmin is responsible for developing PCP's investments in Romania and is involved in deal sourcing, execution and monitoring of PCP projects.

Before joining PCP, Cosmin was an M&A adviser, leading the M&A practice of KPMG Romania and working on complex multi-sector transactions. Previously, he held M&A advisory positions in UniCredit, ERSTE Group and Deloitte, in Romania and Austria.

Cosmin holds a Master's degree in Finance from Webster University Vienna and also graduated from Transylvania Business school in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Georgi is responsible for developing PCP's investments in Bulgaria and is involved in deal sourcing, execution and monitoring of PCP projects.

Prior to joining PCP, Georgi was heading the Investment Banking department of UniCredit Bulbank. He also held senior management positions at PwC and KPMG leading numerous M&A transactions in Bulgaria and SEE.

Georgi holds an Master's degree in Accounting and Control from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and is a Fellow Member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), UK.

Toma is involved in supporting deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of PCP investments , with a focus on the Romanian market.

Before joining PCP, Toma was part of the M&A team at KPMG Romania, working on complex transactions in technology, healthcare, and FMCG.

Toma graduated from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, with an MSc in Finance and Investments.

Hristiyan is involved in the sourcing, execution, and monitoring of PCP’s investments, with a focus on the Bulgarian market.

Prior to joining PCP, he was an M&A Manager at a PE-backed portfolio company, where he focused on transaction execution and operational improvements. He also held managerial positions in the Investment Banking division of UniCredit Bulbank in Bulgaria and worked in management consulting in London at a UK-based boutique firm serving leading UK commercial banks.

Hristiyan holds a Master’s degree with Merit in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Ivo is involved in supporting deal sourcing, execution, and monitoring of PCP projects.

Before joining PCP, Ivo worked as a Senior in the Deal Advisory department at KPMG.

Ivo graduated from Libertas International University in Zagreb and is a CFA Level III candidate.
